I was billed 25000.00 for electricity only over a 3 month period in May 2013.
I immediatley logged a query with the call centre it is now 4 months later, my meter has still not been checked or fixed and i am still getting billed rediculous amounts on both water and electricity which has now brought my outstanding balance to R29000.00. Who do we have speak to in oredr to get this messed cleaned up.
The service we recieve from the municipality is terrible its shameful. They are really trying to from us honest tax payers to make up for the mess they caused!!!
I am furious and ready to go to the papers but what does that matter so many people have tried to report them but with no sucess.
