A copy of my statement is attached. PLEASE HELP
I am tired of CITY OF JOHANNESBURG and would appreciate some help from you.
I have changed my electricity bill in 2010 to a prepaid however for the next year after that I wa still receiving a bill for electricity.
I went to COROBRIK to query they logged an investigation and I was told that they might come and switch off my electricity so I asked if the Query would make a difference and how to sort this problem out.
I was then told that I should continue paying my water bill and ignore the electricity part of it. Finally they stopped billing me for electricity but I was sent a bill for
An outstanding amount which is now growing although I have paid water all along.
I have queried and nobody ever comes back to me. I called 3 weeks ago and spoke to an agent who is so rude it is unbelievable he told me that I am them.
There are people who don't have jobs out there and if it is so hard for him to speak to a customer politely then he shouldn't be there.
If I am owing I am willing to pay but what happened to the payments I made all along???
I would like my query resolved it is going on for the past 3 years please
