Electricity power cut off

The electricity to my residence was cut off at about 17:00 on the 14 th Aug. The municipality has made an incorrect water meter reading that caused my account to be at R9299.74. I have reported this to the on the 10 th July. Of the R9299.74 I made a payment of R2669.64 which was my actual consumption for the period. Because of the lack on their side to fix my account they still disconnect the power to my residence.
I had to travel all the way to their offices in 373 Pretorius Street to have the power reconnected. This is purely a mistake from their side and I will keep them responsible for the cost to travel to their offices. I had to make an additional payment of R3969 and up to now 09h30 the power has not been resolved.
