CONFLICT BETWEEN METER READING AND ACCOUNT

On receiving the electricity account from City Power we discovered the reflected meter reading and actual reading from the meter and the account does not correlate.
The account reading 22, 456 dated 6 November 2013, the actual meter reading 20, 433 dated 18 November 2013 a difference of -2, 023 more than actual.
I have contacted RubbyTad the Company responsible for the meter readings and given them the account and pictures of the actual meter reading. They have promised to verify the readings and to correct the accounts with City Power.
To date no feedback has been received and after numerous emails and phone calls - NO FEEDBACK.
