Gautrain
Gautrain refuses to view their CCTV footage for me

On monday the 26th August, I accompanied my fiance to sandton to catch the gautrain to the airport. After I dropped him off, he went downstairs and got in a train thinking that its going to the airport. He only realised few seconds later that the train is in fact heading to centurion. He then quickly went out and rushed to another floor to catch the train to the airport. While he was in the train to the airport, just before he got out, he realised that the jacket he had in his hand was no longer there. He quickly called me and asked me to go back to sandton and check for his jacket. When I got there, I asked to security to check for the jacket inside their station and to also alert the security in the train to centurion to check for the jacket in the train. She took her time in doing so. And said she can't get hold of some people. She made me leave my contact details so she can call me and me the results, but she never did. I left the station and later on that day, I called te call centre to ask them if anybody turned in a brown jacket that was found. Now when I ask Bombela to check the CCTV footage for me and trace it, they refuse to do so. Why? Are they hiding something? Buhle
