Train too full

Hello,
There was a serious delay in the trains yesterday from Sandton Station. I had to wait for two trains to pass because it was already overloaded when it arrived. I eventually pushed into the third one (at 17:20). This train was so full I was actually scared that it would derail. I have heard that the limit is 32 people standing in each car. There was well over 32 people in each car and one could feel that the train was seriously off balance. Nobody even attempted to limit the number of people going into the train. No information was given as to why there were problems. Why are the 8 car trains not used during peak hours? Who is controlling the loading of the trains? DOES GAUTRAIN EVEN CARE? This overloading cannot be safe. I am going to log a complaint with Bombardier as well, because I think that they might actually want to avoid being involved in a fatal accident.

Please inform people as too the reasons for delays.
