About bus routes

According to the Gautrain website, during the peak morning times between 5h30 and 8h30 theres is supposed to be a bus every 12 minutes. I have to be in Pretoria to go to University early every day and I need to catch a 6h56 or earlier train to be on time. That's where the problem comes in, contrary to what the website says, the FIRST bus on the S3 Rivonia Route leaves Sandton Station at 6h05, a full 35 minutes later than it's supposed to, and that bus only arrives back at the station just before 7h00, which means it is literally impossible to catch an earlier train to be able to get to Pretoria before 7h42 (which is too late) when making use of a bus service. The fact that they blatantly disregard the times for the busses given on the website causes great inconvenience and is quite honestly disgusting. It clearly shows that no one at Gautrain cares at all about the people who use the train, and they should be sued for false advertising and negligence. If this does not change soon there will be no other option other than to take legal action. FIX YOUR BUS SERVICES!!
