There's no pension in my account!

What do I do now. No money. Just rejection of my card and the message that I must see my bank manager. As if he could do anything about the governments bad service! I tried the call number and is still holding on after recharging with R55 three times so far. I'm losing big time now. Is there anyone anywhere who can tell me what to do?
