Will Not Credit My own Personal Bank Account

Why do SASSA insist on using their own bank cards run by some bank 'Grindrod: which no-one has even heard of, . which to say the least are very inconvenient. When shopping with this card you have to keep a check on how much they put on as well as how much you are spending. It is much simpler for customers to have this money put onto their own personal bank accounts. I suppose with 16M customers Grindrod do not want to give up this lucrative business. There is 2 reasons I would like it paid into my own personal bank account. I actually spoke to them about this and they give you some " & Bull" story about being a new customer. If every one else can use transfers for both credits and debits why can't they do the same? Reasons for wanting it put onto my bank account are specified below. They actually have a note of my bank account number. So what is the problem.

1 I can keep track of money going in and out of my account

2. We get Ucount points by using your bank card which I lose out on by using a SASSA card.
