Westville Clinic
Incompetent staff

I went to the westville family planning clinic on the 3 June 2013.I walked into the clinic and there were at least 5 people before me. The nurse on duty was having a good old chat with 2 other nurses while all the patients sit and wait. I took it up with the head nurse and she told me that I can take it up with whoever I want to and no one will help. This was very disturbing because they feel that this is a free service but its not. We all pay our taxes and they should provide a good service. I would understand if the clinic was busy but it was not the case. Somebody should investigate their service level.
