Kwadukuza Municipality
No service delivery

I have repeatedly called the Kwa Dukuza parks and gardens department to clear the bush that is growing on the vacant land next to mine - to no avail. I was initially assured by Sheila at this department that if the land owner does not resond within 6 weeks, the municipality would clear the bush and claim the cost from the owner. Approximately 3 months have passed and nothing has been done. I have made numerous calls but received no joy. I even emailed the director of the department but received no replies.

Really sad considering that I ensure my rates are up to date. Why do we have to put up with such poor delivery - something that we pay for?
