Poor service

As per my report on the 20th February (1017682), it has been two weeks later and I am still waiting for the delivery of the chest of drawers.

Numerous promises was made again but still - no delivery. As per the customer services phone calls the stock was received but we have not received any confirmation of delivery date to us.
