Groupon short shipped an xbox controller in November 2012! After several months of beating around the bush they sent the following response: "Please be advised we have escalated your account to the Products and Services Department to investigate delivery of your product. Kindly note delivery will commence shortly."
Weeks have passed once again and the following response received: "We have still not been able to source this product from our supplier and have no feedback from them to date"
What game is Groupon playing at... do they not take their client seriously!
