Shortage by streetlamp

Twice I reported a loud bang next to the street lamp in olympus cres viking village kraaifontein. The 3rd time the bush started to burn and the fire dep did a report. Nobody came to fix and the banging cont. Several days now and its raining and still now the bang was louder with big sparks. So if the bush is going to burn again and the house next door it will be the municipality's fault.
