Property Registered 28 February - awaiting refund

Our Property was registered in the Deeds Office on 28 February 2013. Immediately after this we went to City of Joburg Walk In Centre in Randburg with all documentation required. Marco advised us this would be processed within 4 - 5 working days. When this didnt happen, & when the numbers he gave us to call him on were never answered, we went back to the Randburg Walk In Centre. Charity took our documentation a second time. We then received a refund of R 1, 001.00 from City of Joburg on the 4th of April 2013 however we were supposed to receive R 1, 416.00 so we were short paid by R 415.00. We then went back to the walk in centre (3rd visit) but Charity was not there. We emailed Charity and she said we have to contact the call centre to log a query. We contacted the call centre. They said this was a rates query and they could not log a query for us. We then went to see Charity in Braamfontein on the 17th of April and gave her all the relevant documentation all over again. She said to contact her again within a few days. She has since being emailing Ria van Niekerk who doesn't bother responding to any emails sent to her. Her email address is [URL Removed]
