Website misleading causing severe inconvenience

I bought new property and consulted the [URL Removed] webpage to open a new account. On their accounts page they have a section for "PROPERTY NOT YET TRANSFERRED" listing where to go with what documentation. Having dealt with municipalities before, I called the call centre twice (to speak to different agents) who confirmed the instruction, but added different documentation to the list each time. So I follow their instructions and take leave from work and ensure I have more than the required docs, only to be shown away at the customer service centre because the PROPERTY IS NOT YET TRANSFERRED.?!

I reported the error and went back a month later to open the account. The website was still wrong so I reported it again. Now, a month later and it is still wrong, possibly misleading many people who take off work unnecessarily and damaging the economy of our country.

The website also indicates on one page that you can submit your meter readings online, but when you follow the links this service is no longer supported.

They also have you register to receive your account via email, but never send it.

The call centre can't help and gives a numbers to call that just rings for 10min!
