MTN TAKING MONEY FROM A CHARITY

We are a Charity NPO Association based in KZN. I logged a case with MTN Liberty Mall and directly will the call centre on the 7th February 2013. I sent through all the required documents to prove the somebody had taken out a cellphone contract in the name of our Association which is the KZN Cystic Fibrosis Association. All I get told is that the department is looking into the matter, I have had not any contact with the department at all, or any updates on the case, however MTN keep taking money off our account. THIS IS A CHARITY THAT SUPPORTS SICK CHILDREN that have a terminal illness. CAN SOMEBODY FOR THE DEPARTMENT PLEASE CALL ME ABOUT THIS. We have had the same with VODACOM however they have kept us updated all the time and are in the process of refunding our money.
