Assistance needed with rates account

My husband has been to the City Council in Town and no one there can assist him, it seems we have an amount outstanding of R650 generated in error by computer and no one can assist. Please can a manager call me or my husband and try to assist us.

Tired of standing in queues and speaking to consultants that are puppets and cannot assist.
