No assistance matter of urgency

What cover to have if no assistance is offered, my moms house has been attached, but the lawyers cannot assist of help me go to court to fight for my mom to retain her home. she lost her husband fell in arrears on payment I opted to pay, but the warrant of attached has since gone on and was finalised on the 17-09-2013,
Clientelle call yesterday send they cannot assist but we must pay R45000.00 I asked is they no way that we can have still battle in court all they guy said was we need to pay that amount, so why have legal cover when they cannot even assist you.
