STRANDED FOR 6HRS ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY

I have never in my life ever received such bad service when I really needed it. I phoned VW assist who tried to get in contact with Motorite's 24HR assist line to authorize a tow. They didn't even answer their phones. I eventually had to fork out R1800 to get my car towed back to Cape Town. And I can assure you sitting next to the freeway at night is not a great feeling. So much for the assistance provided. Very quick to take your money but then afterwards no service is provided.
