Noli and Asanda
Bad service and unprofessional behavior

I called the customer service with a grievances the first consultant I spoke to is Noli who I requested from her to speak to the manager she told me the manager is not around I asked for second in charge she told me they don't have any I asked who she reports to she hang up the line into my eyes I called again and spoke to Asanda who I explained what happened with Noli and asked who she reports to she refused to tell me her manager's name I am totally shattered with the behavior and unprofessional conducts I received from these consultants people out there don't have jobs these rude and unprofessional consultants have jobs and their taking it for granted and treating clients who pays their salaries like gabbage I am so disgusted to say the list if the board of directors new how the reputation of their organization is being thrown in the mud like this they could have dismissed these consultants with immediate effect bad service is very bad for the company look at the number of complaints you have people does this shows that your running a reputable organization hell no and its because of consultants like this I am so disgusted I no longer want anything that has to do with this company
