Early this year I opened a 6 months account with Home Choice, I had been been paying them well since I skipped a month and that's when I started getting calls from the rude consultants, I sometimes would receive close to 5 calls from five different customer service consultants. And I was suppressed why I was getting those calls after I called their accounts department and told them I was nt goanna be able to pay that monrh.

I started getting irritated and I did not understand why different people calls me daily, bcs as I now it, if a consultant calls you they must update on the system so that other workers should be able to see that you have been consulted already. I then asked the guy that he should ask his colleague because I have already spoken to the two of them, He then told me that he is not interested about what me and his college spoke about he is now the one talking to me. I told him that I know I owe Home choice but that does not give him the right to be rude to me, i then asked for his name and he hang up, when he was talking to me there were other people laughing at the back.

I then paid on Saturday around 10:00 am, today the same thing happened again.
