Cannot make calls and Noli shouts at customers

Please do NOT take out a contract with Jabba Connect! I cannot make calls it says "Outgoing Calls Barred" I called the contact centre using my work phone and Noli shouted at me telling me it takes 24hours for technical to sort the problem out. I asked for technical's number and they do NOT have a number for technical. I asked to speak to her superviser as it had been 24hours my phone hasn't been working and now I have to wait another 24hours. Noli said the supervisor is not available. I have spoken to Noli before about a different problem I had with Jabba Connect and she was equally rude! I need Jabba Connect to fix this problem asap! It's bad enough they do not have a 24Hr call center else I could have asked them to fix this problem yesterday already! And please do not respond saying you tried calling my cellphone because my cellphone is NOT working!!!
