I have called PNP head office 8 times this morning and have been unable to speak to anybody who is able to assist me. Twice the switchboard operator answered and was rude. I have held on for 15 minutes listening to a recording. I have been calling from a cellphone. I eventually called the customer care line and although the operator, Bella was helpful, same thing she was putting me through to Richard the buyer but to no avail. It is extremely frustrating to say the least. The service at Pick n Pay is shocking at the best of times and trying to call to speak to someone for assistance is non-existent. What is one supposed to do?
