TREATED WITH UTTER DISREPECT, ME AND MY SON LIFE WAS AT RISK- EUGENE THERON REFUSE TO ASSIST

I experienced extremely horrified behaviour from staff that shows a bad reflection on JD Group
The robe was just picked up about just before 11.41, the gentleman below did not have a mask on, I kindly asked him to put his mask on as my son is around. The answer from him why don’t my mask on. I asked the gentleman to again to please put his mask on and what is the protocols they have to follow if they in uniform working form JD group if they deliver, they refuse to answer me.
The gentleman than went on about me asking me to put his mask and started arguing with me infront on my son. Him and the other gentleman that is hiding his face where speaking in there own language about the mask issue and agreed with each other about something I don’t know

I’m alone woman with my son in the house

The fact they shouted and pointed at me being extremely rude to me about protocols that they need to follow while on duty, put me and my family at risk, as they did not even sanitise there hands when entering my house. Im extremely upset and I need to know what will be done about this, as I am not leaving this so.

My son was so afraid he had to go to the room and close his door the way they went on in my house, and cried in the room
. Pointed at me in my face and shouted at me. WHILE WORKING.

They also confirmed with me that nothing will happen to them – I can complain as much as I like nothing will happen.

They were extremely disrespectful. I feel disgusted by there behaviour

I need something to be done about this, as one thing I will not do is leave it so.

The one guys name is Zwanele- im not even sure if that is the correct name but that is what he said.
(I think the one hiding his face is the driver, he was the one that shouted in my house, pointed me and tell me not to take pics of him) --- please see pics attached
The one in the red with the red top and back mask is the one that came in with no mask ) – NO ONE EVEN SANTIZED THERE HANDS COMING IN AND MY SANITIZER IS STANDING BY MY DOOR- THEY JUST WALKED IN
(they were 4 – but the 2 was so disrespected and i will not take it from anyone in this 3rd wave pandemic

THERE WAS A POINT WHERE I TOOK PICS OF THEM AND THE GENTLEMAN GOT SO ANGRY -- AND SEEMS LIKE HE WANTED TO COME TO HIT ME... I TOLD THEM TO GET OUT OF MY HOUSE- I WAS AFRAID

I NEED STEPS TO BE TAKEN
