Whoever / whatever is in charge of your billing and accounts, I would LOVE to have some of whatever they're smoking / injecting... because your billing is getting more and more erratic every month...

I specified that I would like to be billed on the 26th of the month, and when I subscribed the very nice lady I spoke to assured me that it would be so...

But in the last few months the billing goes off anywhere between the 26th of the month and the 10th of the next month... which kinda messes with your budgeting...

Also, last month the monthly amount was a little more than double...

Seriously, I know you have to increase the price annually and all that, but maybe a letter to warn people of it... and maybe NOT a double billing in January???

Also, my last FOUR emails to you people regarding the billing seem to have fallen on dead / deaf ears... hopefully this will get some attention...
