The Disney book club is such a great way for children to collect and read the classics.

The problem however is that Jacklin Enterprises is so miss-managed that they can never get the billing or delivery right. Every month there is another issue. Either I simply do not receive the books, or I get double charged because last month they did not put the payment through early enough.

I have had to order the same book pack 3 times before it arrived, 4 months later!

Why must I phone the company every month to find out what is happening and to make sure that payments were received. I need to beg for statements and wait forever for deliver! This is a well established company, seriously get your management up to scratch!

It is unacceptable!
