How more unprofessional can you get

We are a registered music Record Label and member of RISA and decided to take a different direction when looking for new vocal artists. As part of this venture we decided to advertise via Junk Mail as we know thousands of people visit Junk Mail every week. We placed our advert online and did not fill in a telephone number for a simple reason the phone won't stop ringing as there are thousands of artists looking for a break.
As part of our advert we provided a dedicated email address and requested that any interested persons contact us on that email address. The adverts were also very professionally worded.
Three days later we receive an email from Junk Mail stating that the advert has been declined and the reason given " possible/reported hoax ". I went through the advert changed the wording and the advert was accepted.
Two weeks later we place an advert again and again receive an email stating the advert is declined as a possible hoax or.
Who is the person reviewing these adverts and why did they not bother to verify the advert with us first before declining it. Obviously someone who has no idea of the music industry.
