On the 11/12/2012 my car was delivered to me and the person who delivered it form Bluelakes didn't even take the time to explain to me properly with regard to the two options that I have to choose from therefore I chose the wrong option only to realize later that same day that it was not going to work for me as I'll be travelling with the car and will be making more that 2000 km a month hence I called Bluelakes call centre to advise that I need to change my option from 500 km to 2000 km. They refused to change it, their reason being that once you choose an option you can't change your mind. I asked if what they're saying is in the contract and it's not there, the person who brought the car never explained anything to me.

Right now the car drove more that 2000 km and they only paid me for the 500 km meaning that I am now advertising for them for free. There's a landline that was given to me by one of their consultants and it's not working, they never even responded to my emai.

Please help me get a fair deal with Bluelake SA because no one there is willing to help, I will even approach my lawyers for help if I have to.
