Blue lakes sa - False advertising/Dishonest

I bought a new car this year through Blue lakes sa with an understanding that my instalments will be R 2000 a month if I allow them to write their advert on the back of my car.

Blue lakes told me that the bank will finance my car for R 3 500 a month and they will refund me R 1 500 max for travelling 2000km or more per month so that I can end up paying R 2000 a month for my car as advertised on their website.

To my surprise, on the first month they paid me less than what they promised and when I asked them why, this was their response: "Your subsidy will fluctuate with the Reserve Bank Repo Rate. Your risk profile with the bank will play a role. Consequently your payment may differ from the advertised amount! "

They did not explain this to me before signing the contract. So fine I let it go and continued with them.
Now after 5 months, this month they paid even lesser amount and I asked them again what is the reason and they told me about some calculation that they did with a prime rate and that's why the amount is less.

I am now paying more than what they advertised the car for because of their false advertising.
They don't even want to refund the full cost of my car registration
