NO DELIVERY MONTH AFTER MONTH

I bought a womens health subscription in December 2011. i received my first mag in feb 2012... usually a subscribed mag you get before the mags hit the shelves instore... not me... i have to phone every month to get them to send me the mag, so i get it like halfway throught the month... this month... no mag as yet... i have phoned and mailed everyone possible to sort this out. they even extended my subscription from 12 to 14 months... but what does it help if I DONT GET THE MAGS??? i give up... i paid for a service and no delivery...
