Refusal to pay my advertising fee

I have a contract with bluelakes to advertise car sales, i need to travel 500km p/m and then get paid R570 for that. The contract says after every month's travelling I should upload photos of the odometre reading and the rear of the car, photos should be uploaded the same day they are taken. My car was in an accident on Sunday the 1st of December around 1am, as the tow truck had to pull the car away from accident scene I then captured the required photos to prove that I did my advertising for the month of November, i was only able to upload the photos on 3rd December and the car has been with the insurance panel beaters, I had no access to the car to go take photo's on the 3rd of december and upload them the same day. BlueLakes refuses to pay me the R570 for the marketing done in November, over 2000 km. I logged a report with them explaining why the pictures were taken at 3am on Sunday the 1st and loaded on adifferent daybut they still refuse to pay me. An accident is a situation i can't control, it's unfair for them to refuse to pay me for work done. Please advice and assist. My car's advertising code is GP2453, registration plate is CT 07 MT GP, silver grey Tata Indica Ltd.
