I have purchased a Tata Vista in Januuary 2013, opted for the option EWO then my partner was paying the instalment. we have split in March and ever since i have been phoning and sending support messages with my problem that i am encountering. Nobody from the Pretoria office wants to call me so that i can explain my reason for wanting to change my option. I cannot afford the instalments that is why i want to change my option to EWD. I urgently need this option otherwise i have to give the car back. so some one needs to tell me which steps to take please im in diare straights and i need an urgent answer as to what i have to do. I have several names of people that i have spoken to and was told that they would get the managers to calll me back to date no boday has called me only colleen has emailed me with an irrelevant answer. Nobody is taking this matter serious, but when they wanted the sale and the commission they called me all the time
