I have a contract with Bluelakes. I have received the car on the 12 December 2012 and supplied them with all the details including insurance and policy number. They would not hand over the car otherwise. I registered the car on the 27 Decemebr after I received the registration. I completed the on line details at the client portal and send the refunds receipts through. To date nothing has been paid 7 Feb 2013. No advertising payment or the refunds for registration and number plates. I contacted their help desk and asked them why? They told the story that the insurance details were not captured and the documents for refunding the licensing and number plates wont open. I uploaded the details again and again for 9 times. They still tell me that the details are missing. I viewed my profile from 3 different computer and all the details are there. They choose to ignore my complaint now. I have 3 complaint numbers. They look for excuses not to pay. They don't answer their phones in Pretoria as well
