Bluelakessa
Advertising refund not received - No feedback

I uploaded my photos, as I do every month, on the 1st of March. Then, approximately 10 days ago I checked my profile on the bluelakessa site, and saw a comment that the date on the photos were incorrect (I used a different camera and the setting were incorrect). I immediatly logged a service call on the site, but received no voucher number or feedback.
I emailed various staff at Satinsky, but also received no reply. Then Kugan called to say that he would speak to Bluelakessa to see what can be done.
I received a mail from him to say that I was in breach of contract as I had not uploaded the photo between the 1st and 7th as stipulated.
I mailed back to say I had uploaded it on the 1st as can be seen on the site.By the photos, you can clearly see that I have the advertising material on my car and that I have driven the specified kilometers - isn't that why we have to upload photos monthly?
I have no feedback and am left in the dark about the March refunds.
