Unisa registration nightmare

I have registered with Unisa three times over the last few years (2008, 2012 and now 2013). In 2012 I applied and then registered for Psychology Honours. I had to provide my academic record from the previous tertiary institution to show that I attained above 60% for Psycholohgy III, which is understandable. Since I work full time, in 2012 I registered as a part time student, planning to continue studying in 2013. This year when I came to register, I was asked to provide the same academic record AGAIN. Surely Unisa has all my details and documentation on record so that I don't have to keep providing it? Unisa provided a fax number for documentation to be faxed. I tried numerous times and each time I was told the fax number is invalid. I looked on Unisa's website for a telephone number to get another fax number and - surprise surprise - the telephone numbers on the website were also invalid! I have 10 days to get these documents to Unisa or my registration (and the full payment made) will be invalid. How am I supposed to get anything to Unisa if all there contact details don't exist?? What a frustrating start to 2013!
