The've taken for a ride and ignore my rights

I re-activated my subscription in May 2013 for both the Times (daily Paper) and Sunday time. I never received a single paper of the Times but i am charged for it; from May to date and i asked for refund and no one is giving it attention. After so many calls trying to get refunded i decided to cancel the whole contract and guess what? From June 2013 since i have cancelled till to date; i am still billed. And when I ask for the Supervisor; they are nowhere to be found.

I am wasting my time and money making follow-ups and all in vain. I am fed-up now because these consultants are always making empty promises that Forcy (the Supervisor) will call you; for the past three months. This is not acceptable it is utterly nonsense and i am escalating this matter. I have been tolerant and patient for a very long time now. Lary and grace are the consultants I have been in contact with.

As a Consumer; I know my rights!!!
