Sunday delivery irregular and No daily The Times

Our customer number: 6567235. First delivery was scheduled for 27 October 2013. No delivery on that date. Thereafter we had to call numerous times as the Sunday deliveries was irregular. No daily 'The Times' has been received to date. According to the subscription, we had to receive this. Everytime we called, we requested that someone call us back with an update; this also never happened. It appears that the Sunday paper is regular, however we still do not get 'The Times'.
