Disgusting service and no feedback

A job has not been finished. All 3 contact persons in the company do not return messages or emails. No response as to when the job will be finished. Various aspects of the job had to sent back because the quality was poor. The job was already late, promises broken on numerous occasions. Untruths being told as excuses for poor service/unfinished work. No supervisor on the premises to check that the job is done properly.
