Blomeyers
Poor service and broken promises

We have been trying to get our jacuzzi fixed since October 2012. Initially we were told it was fixed and when we tried to use it the next day, no such luck. The person who we are dealing with from Blomeyers repeatedly promises to come and see what the problem is but has not pitched on numerous occasions. Last week he arrived and took our jacuzzi pump and promised to be back with it the next day to install it, that was a week ago and he still not arrived despite numerous promises to be here. Very poor service!
