Very poor service and delayed installation

The balustrades and metal gate should have been completed more than 2 months ago. The work was redone numerous times due to bad workmanship and poor quality. Francois is never on site, never answers his phone, never gives feedback. He overcharged us and now we are struggling to get the amount back from him with numerous excuses and unanswered phone calls. Definitely not a company I would ever recommend to anyone.
