The Pool Builder
Still waiting for pool to be finished

Contracted to build pool and work started on 05 March 2013. Full month later and still waiting for them to finish our pool. We have made all required payments on time and even paid certain costs upfront. Promises are made and not kept on a daily basis if you can get hold of AJ (Anton Berg) on the three numbers we have for him. Construction was meant to be 21 days weather permitting. Yesterday was the first day it rained and that no work could have been done... no call to say that they will be on site next day or as soon as weather clears. AJ does not keep in contact or provide updates to progress and promised that the pool would done on several occasions and each time the promised day breaks the pool is still not finished. We have been trying to contact AJ since the morning of 03 April but as per previous weeks he does not answer phones nor replies to messages. As for the"glowing" comments about service will the posters please make use of the Spell Check facility as It reflects on your credibility but I rather think that it is the Pool Builders' own staff or friends posting these reports. Won't recommend that you make use of his services no matter how good the promises are.
