Be carefull who you deal with

On 24th Nov 2012 I placed an order for granite tops for my entire kitchen. I was told to pay in full before work could commence by the company. I have been utterly disappointed at both the shoddy workmanship as well as the company leaving the job unfinished. To top it all, in the process of fitting the granite tops, the workers succeeded in damaging my tiles and completely breaking my serving hatch. Despite numerous attempts to have the owner "Yogi" come out and witness the damages and unfinished work, it was only after a month that he finally came out. To top it all Yogi came out on the day that his factory was closing for the year end. After seeing the unfinished work and damages done by his crew of workers he promised to send a team out the next day to complete the work. This was in December 2012. To date no one has been at my place and despite having paid a fortune to his company he has refused point blank to complete the work started by his company. Numerous calls to him have been ignored, and it is my understanding that i am not the first person to have been disappointed by him, his poor business ethics and his ability to keep to his word.
