3 Months: still not finished

After 3 months the kitchen is still not finished. They did not seal the kickplate under the sink which is now damaged by water. We are waiting for a door handle, the oven falls out when we open the door and stove does not fit properly into the counter. We repeatedly call and are told we will be called back or given excuses.
