PAID SIX MONTHS UPFRONT, GETTING NO DELIVERY!!

I decided giving my father in law a six month subscription of Rapport for his birthday will be a nice gift especially as his bday falls on a Sunday. I made it very clear that delivery must start on 21/07/2013 as it is his b-day. I mentioned it to everyone I spoke to, when I placed the original order and when I spoke to the Salesman Anso Livingstone later on. I was guaranteed that it will be done. on the 21st I was called by Kelly from media 24 to confirm if it was delivered and I told her I would have to find out and said I would call her back. When I called back, she was on the phone and her collegue said she will give her the msg that it was not delivered and arrange that one get delivered immediately. I bought one out of pocket to be able to give my father-in-law a gift on his b-day, costing me even more money! Nothing was ever delivered. The monday I called and spoke to Kelly and found out she never got her msg but was promised that it will never happen again. To my utter dissapointment, yesterday the newspaper was AGAIN not delivered!!! COMPLAINTS DON'T WORK WITH THEM, THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND DON'T INTEND TO MAKE GOOD ON WHAT I PAID FOR IT SEEMS.KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR BANKS!
