I want my money!

I have bought a subscription in December 2012, Sunday Times has failed to deliver The Times daily newspaper to me as per promotion that was sold to me. I called to cancel the subscription on 01 February, the last Sunday Times I received was Sunday 17 February, nothing has been delivered ever since. Only two editions of The Times Daily newspaper were delivered i.e. 12 and 13 Feb - no other editions were delivered. When I cancelled with Coleen, she told me I will get my money in 21 days, I called again today and now the story has changed. I am now told I will get my money in 31 days from 08 February.

This is pure, I will go to all media and tell them that your paper sells promotions and you never deliver the papers to customers when they have paid in advance. I am calculating the money that is owed to me, you better make sure I get all my money back, not a single cent should be missing. I know exactly what was delivered.
I want the manager Ethel to call me and resolve this matter urgently - I want my money back - period!
