Wrong deliver & late delivery

I ordered a gift for someone in Mosselbaai (not flowers) a week before her birthday. Delivery was made a day late, and the wrong gift was delivered. After phoning and speaking to different call centre agents (on 4 occasions) and emailing call centre - each time detailing the issue (wrong gift), please contact the recipient, arrange for original gift to be delivered and incorrect delivery to be picked up - NOTHING. They promise they will (via call and via email) and then nothing happens. This is now 2 and a half months after the original delivery date - and no sign that they have any interest in resolving this.
