Sunday Times
My paper not delivered for more than 6 months

I have been a subscriber to the Sunday times/Sunday world now for more than 10 year and the service i have been getting is terrible, i have tolerated them for a while now, sometimes i would go a month without getting my newspaper and whenever i ask them what is the reason they wouldn't give me one and then tell me they wont charge me for those newspapers, but guess what, come month end they charge me the full amount.
The last straw was last year when they didn't deliver my newspaper for more than 6 months and when i called they told me that they will credit my subscription account and that also didn't happen, so i decided to call them and demand that they pay back the money deducted for those 6 months, to which they promised but up until this day im still waiting.
I sopke to Joseph Ntuni who promised to escalate the issue in February 2013, then i spoke to Joseph again on the 07 May 2013 who then put me thought to Gugu Nxumalo who also promised to look into it and refund me, but till this day i havent received anything.
i called again today 24/07/2013 11h05 and i spoke to Kholisa Sangoni this morning about my paper not being delivered since the 23rd of June yet money is deducted.
