Sunday Times not delivered

I am having the same problems with the delivery of the Sunday Times newspaper. I phoned twice on Sunday and was promised delivery but no paper actually arrived. I have to phone the call centre most Sundays before I get a delivery, this has been happening every Sunday for the last couple of months.
