I have a contract with Vodacom since for many years, I have sign for another upgrade last around May/June i signed a contractor paying R600 a month i was getting R90 air time and 750MB, January 2026 not remembering the date the lady consultant calls me and sell to me another plan to have R300 airtime which its sounded good to me, then i have asked her if my premium is not gonna change and she said yes and never told anything that will be the changes

End of January i found out that i have R850 and didn't understand why and i called Vodacom customer service, I was told that since i Ported my contract to another the contract changes automatically my problems that the deceived me and never told me the whole truth of the changes that will happen
Please help me cause i wont afford to pay R900 in bugdet t
So I want to cancelled the contract i was dicieved
